- What does PLAAGG Salon do?
- PLAAGG Salon is workspace software for salons, barbershops and beauty clinics. It handles client profiles, a stylist schedule with day and week views, appointment booking at the desk or through a public link, optional M-Pesa booking deposits, services with duration and price, and role-based access for owners, managers, reception and stylists.
- Can clients book online?
- Yes. Each salon can publish a booking link on its brand. The same conflict rules apply as at reception — a slot that is already taken cannot be booked twice.
- Does PLAAGG Salon prevent double bookings?
- Yes. Appointments are checked for stylist and time conflicts at booking time, so a genuine double booking is refused before it is saved.
- How do booking deposits work?
- A salon can ask for an M-Pesa deposit on selected services using its own Daraja credentials saved in Settings. A deposit is only recorded once Safaricom confirms the payment — a prompt that is sent and never completed stays pending.
- Can stylists see every client's history?
- Access depends on role. Stylists see their own column and the clients they serve; reception and managers see the full schedule; owners see reports and money. Those limits are enforced on the server, not by hiding buttons.
