Delete your account and data

Last updated 23 October 2026

You can delete your PLAAGG workspace yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Here is how, what it removes, and what to do if you cannot sign in.

Delete it yourself (the owner)

  1. Sign in as the business owner.
  2. Open More → Settings → Billing and scroll to Close account.
  3. Download your data first from Settings → Data if you want a copy. Once erased there is nothing left to export.
  4. Type the workspace name and your password, then tap Erase this workspace.

What is deleted

The business, its customers, jobs, payments, receipts, clients, team and settings are erased. Sign-ins for people who belonged only to that workspace are removed. This cannot be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

A short record that the workspace was erased, and when, is kept in our security log so we can answer questions about it. Backups that already contain your data are overwritten on their normal schedule, within 35 days. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices we issued to you for the subscription, are kept for the period the law requires.

Staff and team members

If you are an employee, your employer owns the workspace. Ask the owner to remove your access, or to delete your login from Settings → My team.

If you cannot sign in

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, with the business name. We will confirm it is you and delete the workspace, normally within 7 days.
